How do you determine the price of a project?
Every engagement starts with an analysis of your processes and what a solution must deliver. The scope and the investment follow from that, including, where relevant, the payback period. The price is grounded in value, never plucked from the air.
How long does a project take?
For custom software we typically go from concept to a working application in around twelve weeks. Automations and integrations are often shorter. After the initial analysis you get a realistic timeline based on milestones.
Who owns the software and the source code?
You do. On delivery, the source code, the intellectual property and full ownership are yours, and you are never locked in to us.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. We connect to and build on the systems you already have wherever that makes sense, and only recommend replacement when it is genuinely the better choice, backed by substantiation.
What happens after delivery?
We stay involved, with maintenance, functional management and additional AI features. We build on what we deliver rather than handing it over and disappearing.
